I've included here a special selection of YouTube videos that are touching, or inspiring, or beautiful, or humorous, or all of the above. I change the last three videos regularly.

Faith in Adversity

On Jack Rushton's 25th wedding anniversary he and his wife JoAnne were celebrating at Laguna Beach, California. Jack was body surfing and caught a wave that took him into shore and crashed him into a rock severing his spinal cord. For 23 years Jack lived as a quadriplegic on a respirator until he passed away December, 2013. And for 23 years JoAnne was his 24/7 caregiver.

This remarkable man and woman continued to live extraordinary lives of service during that time. Jack was a stake patriarch in the Mormon faith until his death and spoke throughout the west telling people why it was good to be alive.

It's Good to be Alive

Jack Rushton gives his very funny take on why it's good to be alive. His sit-down comedy routine is an original!

2018 Pioneer Day Concert

The Mormon Tabernacle and Orchestra at Temple Square with Broadway stars Matthew Morrison and Laura Michelle Kelly. It is narrated by Oscar "Andy" Hammerstein III--grandson of Oscar Hammerstein II. The concert features songs by Rodgers and Hammerstein. If you have an hour or so watch the whole thing. If not, sampling it is fun too.
